Getting Started
Timing depends on configuration, migration, training, clinic size, and market requirements. We agree on a realistic rollout plan after discovery.
No. Teliyadu OralOS is entirely web-based for clinic staff. The patient-facing side is a mobile app patients download themselves. Nothing to install on your clinic computers.
Patient import needs depend on source format and data quality. Share a sample during discovery so migration scope, handling, and any commercial terms can be confirmed.
Start with your clinic's basic information, users, workflows, current data source, connectivity environment, and market requirements. The rollout plan identifies anything else needed.

Published subscription prices are shown in USD. Clinic operating-currency settings and market-specific commercial terms are separate questions; contact sales to confirm both.
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

Features
Cash and configured payment methods can be recorded. Gateway and provider availability varies by market and rollout; confirm any required integration before purchase.
The product includes connectivity-aware behavior, but offline capability varies by app surface, plan, and workflow. Confirm the exact interruption behavior for your intended setup.
A patient mobile app exists for clinic-bound patient accounts. App distribution, booking, notifications, plan inclusion, and market availability should be confirmed for your rollout.
Yes. Teliyadu OralOS supports concurrent users. Each dentist sees their own calendar and patient list, while receptionists and admins have a full overview.
Appointment reminder workflows exist. Timing, SMS provider delivery, plan inclusion, and market availability must be configured and confirmed.
Security & Data
Each clinic's tenant-owned records are separated in a PostgreSQL schema rather than by a shared tenant_id column. Access controls and tenant-host routing reinforce that boundary.
Yes. Automated daily backups run on all clinic data. Backups are stored on encrypted, geographically redundant infrastructure.
Only the users you add to your clinic account. Role-based access control lets you limit what each team member (Admin, Dentist, Receptionist) can see and do.
Retention, access, and export terms should be confirmed for the applicable plan and contract, subject to the clinic's legal record-retention duties.
