No. Setup, data migration, and onboarding are free on every plan, and there are no per-patient charges.

Which currencies do you support?

We bill in Ethiopian Birr (ETB), Kenyan Shilling (KES), Ugandan Shilling (UGX), Tanzanian Shilling (TZS), Rwandan Franc (RWF), and South Sudanese Pound (SSP). Use the currency selector on the pricing table above to see your local price. Contact us if your country isn't listed.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

How does annual billing work?

Paying annually gives you 1 month free · effectively about an 8% discount. You pay for 11 months and get 12. Annual invoices can be paid via bank transfer or local mobile money.

How is my data stored and isolated?

Each clinic gets its own dedicated, private database on secure cloud infrastructure. No other clinic can access your data · schema-level isolation, not just row-level filtering.

Which payment methods do you support?

We support Chapa (Ethiopia), M-Pesa (Kenya), MTN Mobile Money (Uganda/Rwanda), and bank transfers in all supported countries. More payment gateways are added regularly.

What does onboarding look like?

We provide free onboarding for all plans: a live walkthrough with your team, patient data import, and same-day setup. Most clinics are fully live within 24 hours of signing up.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes · no long-term contracts on monthly plans. Cancel from your account dashboard before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. Your data export is always free.
