How long does setup take?

Most clinics are fully live within 24 hours of signing up. We handle the setup during a free onboarding call.

Do I need to install any software?

No. Teliyadu OralOS is entirely web-based for clinic staff, and the patient-facing side is a mobile app. No installation needed.

Can I import my existing patient records?

Yes. We support bulk import from Excel and CSV. Our team helps you with the migration at no extra cost.

What payment methods can my patients use?

We support Chapa (Ethiopia), M-Pesa (Kenya), MTN Mobile Money (Uganda/Rwanda), and cash recording for all countries.

Is my data backed up?

Yes. Automated daily backups run on all clinic data. Your data is stored on secure, encrypted cloud infrastructure.

What if I need help after going live?

Email support@teliyadu.com anytime. Clinic plan subscribers get priority response. Enterprise clients get a dedicated account manager.
